Defeat your weakness

We all have weaknesses such as anxiety, depression, alchololism, tempers, etc.  These weaknesses steal our joy and consume our dreams.  If you need help,  get help from a counselor before your weakness gets harder to overcome.  Only YOU can make the change to overcome your weakness and downfall. If you put it off,.  It can go for awhile and not be severe  but it will eventually spiral down.  Take  action and get help when you need it!  -Jenna
